I worked at US Postal Service full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Life, health, dental, and vision insurance benefits. Good starting pay with a 5% increase each 9 months. Great over-time and penalty over-time pay rate. Room for advancement.

    Cons

A lot of Supervisors, Management, and upper-level staff lack professionalism and the necessary fundamentals to boost maintain or boost moral of the hourly staff. Too many non-career employees and not enough career employees.
