    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at US Postal Service full-time for more than 10 years

Life, health, dental, and vision insurance benefits. Good starting pay with a 5% increase each 9 months. Great over-time and penalty over-time pay rate. Room for advancement.

A lot of Supervisors, Management, and upper-level staff lack professionalism and the necessary fundamentals to boost maintain or boost moral of the hourly staff. Too many non-career employees and not enough career employees. Bidding on different jobs within organization has no cap, which means majority of positions are held by people with 20 years of service or more and the others are stuck in same schedule/position for years.
