      A empresa tem um sistema de bench que muitas pessoas criticam, nunca ouvi alguém que saiu de um cliente, foi para o bench e realocado.

      Fair pay rate, work from home, flexible hours, PTO (5 days each semester).

      Cons

      They don't pay for holidays, PTO could be more generous.
