Offers good pay per sale in either career path and has a canvas team seperate from a sales team.

Offered the position stating that the position offers $4k/ month training pay for 3 months and a percentage of sale upon installations. Upon hire changes employees to the canvas team where there is next to no training pay and severe handicapping during the first week of training resulting in next to no pay and potentially 9 hour days canvasing without breaks. Not worth it unless you have over 1 month's bills and gas saved.
