Pros

I couldn't find a single pro of my 14 months stay with this company

Cons

No role clarity of CEO, Only work that he does is checking the attendance of his emplyees. If you are late by 1 minute, the company will mark it as half day No role clarity and surity about the future with this company

Thank you for taking the time to review Truebalance on Glassdoor. We feel bad to know that your experience with Truebalance was not satisfactory. We have a standard attendance and leave policy applicable to all employees. We would be happy to know more specifically about the areas which you did not like. You are most welcome to connect to us offline to discuss this in detail.

Pros

Few good employees in the company

Cons

CXO roles are never stable. New CTO joins, then leaves or is removed after some time. CFO changes every few months. CPO joins and leaves. Nothing feels permanent in leadership. Because of this, direction keeps changing, decisions are unclear, and employees lose trust in management.

Pros

Opportunity to work on a live fintech product with real-world scale and impact. • Exposure to end-to-end development, ownership of features, and production deployments. • Team members are generally technically capable and cooperative, especially at the engineering level. • Fast-paced environment where you can learn quickly if you are self-motivated. • Good experience with modern tech stack and system design challenges related to fintech.

Cons

Work-life balance can be challenging, especially during releases or tight deadlines. • Frequent priority changes and unclear long-term roadmap at times. • Limited structured processes for planning, documentation, and technical debt management. • Growth and promotion criteria are not always clearly defined. • Communication gaps between tech and business teams occasionally cause rework.
