Great company - Software Engineer Trilogy Communications Employee Review

New management has created a pleasant working atmosphere. Employees are motivated and passionate about their work. Trilogy has a lot of talented people who work together as a team. The work environment is engaging and offers a lot of opportunities to get involved in new ideas and products.

With the new management team in place the cons have turned to pros. Everyone is excited to see this company grow and be a part.

I no longer work there is about the only one thing that I could possibly think of. Maybe that their products are pretty good products. Other than that, that is about it!

Dictatorship and hostile environment. President and owner will literally scream at their employees. Direct line managers have zero authority and will stab you in the back in a heart beat. Don't believe the interview lies. Get EVERYTHING in writing and do not take anyone at their word. It means absolutely nothing! Cheap company and dirty offices. Will not spend a few dollars on post it note pads and every other office supply is rationed on a limited and requested basis, with nearly a full audit of ones current supply status. The toilet paper is limited each day per restroom. Lastly, the workers in the plant are not even provided soap to clean their hands. They are told to bring soap from home! I wouldn't recommend working for this company to my worst enemies.
