It's a fun place to work for. You can free cards and other merch and trips to baseball games.
Cons
You will always be behind on your work because the department is 6 people. You do not get paid lunch breaks. You will never receive a bonus. When something fun happens your department will be the last to go because they dont want to turn the phones off for everyone to participate. The company is out of touch with CS and will blame you for a mistake that Sales and Marketing probably made.
