Pros
Some people are really nice there. Training program for freshers is good.
Cons
- Favouritism - Tintash is growing, which is great but 2nd tier leadership is really bad. Either they are threatened by the young and promising talent and don't want you to grow. You find it hard after couple of years to grab new opportunities and you have to fight for your well earned promotion. - They take it personally when you submit a resignation. They need to understand there is nothing personal there. Every employee has a right to leave by giving a 30 days notice period as they have the right to terminate by giving 30 days notice. Some people over there in management can't understand this basic thing and start giving cold shoulders, burden you with more work load than normal routine and couple of times didn't even answer your hello which is very very toxic in life.
