Pros
I am trying to tell the truth though truth always hurts. Great interactions with clients and experts, lots of opportunities to develop interpersonal skills. Business is growing fast and is in need of talented and ambitious young professionals. Bonus is good if high performance, especially for young graduates. 15 days paid holiday annually. Fast learning curve for the first 9 months, it starts to get bored after that. If you are planning for grad school in the coming 1 or 2 years, then this company may be a good place to gain a big picture of the finance industry. If you are looking for a long-term career, Cognolink or any expert network companies are not the right place.
Cons
Though business is keep expanding but culture is going downhill, most talented people left and turnover is exceptionally high. Get promotions fast and get easy projects IF boss likes you, vice versa (kinda normal everywhere, so try your best to please your boss; otherwise, you'll be at a disadvantage position which really makes a lot differences in your career at this company). London executives care little about the office and you (they may deny it but it is true). Management seems to be aware of these problems, hopefully they'll care more about the research team and know how to value employees really working hard to get their job done.
