Pros
MTC overall is a really good place to work. The people within the team are all wonderful to work with and have made coming to work enjoyable. The flexible week (4 days) is also fantastic. It's a very desirable benefit which makes work life balance a priority. Lastly, the development opportunities in terms of further learning is second to none. If you work hard, the opportunities to challenge yourself with doing a degree or development courses are available. This was really valuable to me.
Cons
Opportunities to progress are not always available or exist, which can be challenging when there are lots of smart and ambitious colleagues looking to continue challenging themselves and develop further. The business is in a period of change as well, which will lead to an exciting future but presently you can feel the uncertainty.
