Pros
I really value the transparency of expectations, clear communication and empathetic approach to disability management. Although it is information heavy, you are constantly learning every moment and are supported by your peers along the way, with a reasonable learning curve for all new hires. I also appreciate the processes and access to resources in place for understanding the industry and clients. Furthermore, the welcoming atmosphere from all levels of employees and casual interactions with senior management is refreshing.
Cons
The training process is extensive, in order to cover all aspects of leave law (FMLA) but would have appreciated more time initially to be more focused on client-specific information than general, as all general information changes with respect to each client. A very minor con, for the many pro's.
