It is still nonprofit, so there isn't much room for higher salaries, but there are slight wage increases each year

Immediate team is helpful and fun to work with.

Poor management, high turnover, low pay, lack of training, poor work culture. For a place with family in the name there is little to flexibly for one’s own family.
