Pros

No experience required and a low bar of entery, and theres only 1 way to go from the role and that is up.

Cons

Very strict SLAs, acheivable but with the continuos staffing issues expect around 50 calls a day and little to no time to finish tasks before having to take the next one.

Thanks for sharing your honest feedback and for being an important part of the AA for more than a year. It’s good to hear you see the role as a solid entry point with clear progression opportunities. Like all call centres, we do have targets in place to make sure we can support our customers when they need us most, That said, we recognise how demanding these roles can be and that the way targets and performance are managed has a big impact on how supported colleagues can feel. Please do chat to your Line Manager if you have specific concerns you want to discuss. On hybrid working - we’re committed to supporting a healthy work/life balance for our teams, and hybrid is one of the ways we try to offer flexibility while still keeping the collaboration and connection that helps teams work well together. Your comments are really valuable as we continue to look at how we make this work for as many people as possible. Thanks again for sharing your thoughts and for everything you do.

Pros

I joined the AA's content team in 2017 to assist with their digital transformation project and found it to be a supportive, enthusiastic and generally fun environment to work in.

Cons

Shareholders could be tricky to work with but with time, I was able to navigate it all and get stuff done.

Pros

There's a period of real change happening currently, coupled with a well loved brand which makes it an exciting business to be part of if you want to make a difference.

Cons

There's lots going on, so the pace is sometimes quite challenging.
