Cons
The way that the tickets are printed, scanned, and then batched and then printed and scanned again before being sent to the client could be improved. The quality of the invoice and all associated backup could be improved. The tickets could be batched digitally using a PDF program, and then a coversheet made and inserted into the file. The file could then be sent to the client.
There are sometimes when certain shops are busy and need additional manpower but there seems to be a lack of support in general across the company if other shops are slower and have available manpower.
