Nepotism. They terminated many qualified and experienced employees in each department in order to keep their family members onboard. You have to drink the kool-aid from day 1 and believe their annual "trust us" mentality when witnessing mistake after mistake from management. Structured for brown-nosers and yes-men. Must be aware that termination can come any day without warning. Not the ideal job if you are looking for a long-term career. Fake-it-until-you-make-it leadership, and constant lies to potential new customers.
