Great product and some of the smartest people. The product team is incredible. Customers see ROI and renew. All high-volume recruitment companies need this solution. Really nice office on Orange Avenue in downtown Orlando (the Novell building near wall street and they rotate kraft kegs all the time)
Cons
I've worked for start-ups and this is by far the best one. I hit a home run getting in this early. With that being said, it still a start-up and that's not for everyone. Things change rapidly and that requires grit with disciplined focus.
