      Pros

      TV One still thinks it is 2009 when there were no jobs and people had less options. It makes it clear it can only offer you a paycheck. If that is all you need, go for it, but if you have any other options go with that. Low expectations

      Cons

      In my four years at TV One the company never missed an opportunity to show its employees how little it cares about them. No bonuses No raises No 401k match No work from home policy
