Getting paid on time. Able to gain a reputation and excellent rapport with almost all the colleagues and well respected by the community.

Cons

Ignored Condones bullying No support if you suffer mental health No communication Hard to understand when being spoken to. Happy to humiliate in front of colleagues Say they defend but no evidence. Not allowed an opinion Made homeless due to not being given shifts when actually requested. Lack of respect Little notice
