      Just not “it” - Associate TMF Group Employee Review

      Pros

      Trust and entity management work can be cool depending on the project and scope. TMF also has a great HR team in Miami. TMF hires somewhat well at the VP level. None of the seniors are organically grown within TMF, but they’ve recently taken on impressive folks from Intertrust etc. Example- Head of America’s is now a very impressive figure.

      Cons

      - No organizational structure. It’s hard to know who you actually need to impress. - TMF essentially doesn’t hire new graduates. They take you on as a graduate intern at $13 per hour. It’s a joke. No benefits. No overtime. $520 weekly. - TMF is not respected in the finance community. There is now brand power. Nobody even knows what TMF does.

For seasonal intake programs, we do provide full benefits for those that are hired into extended contracts upon completion of the 3 months program.

      None, can’t believe I worked here

      All anyone ever does is lie. No one wanted to help each other or be willing to teach about anything. There were absolutely ZERO performance reviews or any feedback from anyone there. You’re not trained for your job so because you can’t get any feedback when you ask you sometimes doubt yourself. HR is a complete joke they don’t even log on most of the time and they don’t know how real discussions work.
