      Lots of training material. Good benefits. Provided the necessary tools to complete the jobs. Typical 8-5 hours with a flexibility.

      Cons

      Too many new hires with not enough work provided. Sometimes you just get lost in the mix of employees. The work can get pretty mundane.

      Pros

      TAC treats every person in the company as a valued asset, they have excellent benefits, and the management structure is very flat. TAC is owned by a large, well-diversified parent company, and TAC's focus on growth can still thrive in the down economy.

      Cons

      Our comapny's customer lists and record keeping is not as easily accessible as it should be due to the number of mergers and acquisitions the company has undergone.
