My induction period - Marketing Assistant Synthesis Group Employee Review

When I started the business, I wasn’t really good at it. It’s mainly thanks to the feedback and constant training that I learned fast how to adapt to different environments and answer quickly to new problems rising. The online training was pretty intensive but it felt good because I could see improvements on a daily basis. Now, after the training, I have a lot of independence in terms of how I manage my schedule. I can always ask for feedback from the manager and gauge my progress as I develop new skills.
