Pros
You learn very fast how to do things and how to deal with client because you have no choice. The environment is so not-organized that you have to make it on your own and that's why you grow up as a person.
Cons
You are always by yourself, you grow and learn by yourself. There's not a career path because company is still young and you work a lot without any result or scope. Nobody tells you what to do and you have no boss, or someone who can teach you. You can be moved from one project to another without knowing anything of it.
