Great job for part time employees Flexible schedule as long as you have a good manager
Cons
Large variety of clientele Pay needs to be at least $15/hour Long shifts for full time employees Health benefits only for full time or flex employees. Health benefits are terrible, but affordable. No 401k. No HR department, cheap equipment
