Following factors you should consider before you get Offer Letter.
1. When you get leave without prior notification (Actually you need to apply in leave form) it will be consider as an ADHOC leave - your 3 days salary will be deducted for one day. (notifying via phone or next day approval will not be consider as leave)- against employee act
2. Next day after any government holidays if you take leave without prior notification, will consider as Adhoc - your 5 days of salary will be deducted.
3. There is no team leader or Manager - you should be directly contact with COO or CEO.
4. There is 3 months notice period - acceptance will not come as quick as you think. it will take up to 3 months. after you have to serve your notice period.
5. without replacement they will not relieve you. Your replacement should have good knowledge for at least 2 months.
6. No job security. Anytime you may get termination without any proper notification.
7. There is no insurance policies in this company. Other than your salary there is no benefits.
8. HR may shower you with sweet lies before your acceptance. Don't fall for it, its a trap for you. Apart from that its up to you.
9. Cant maintain work life balance. Definitely you will forget your family.
10. Internal politics is more here. People in higher position will show dominance towards everyone.
