      Pros

      Flexible work arrangements; very minimal micro-management. Management can easily be reached out to and is transparent. Overall, definitely a positive work environment.

      Cons

      No major cons with regards to the company itself but more so with the nature of our status as hired Independent Contractors.

      If you are good at setting appointments you make a lot of money, if you are good you get promoted fast. 100% commission

      Some people are fun and have a good sense of humor

      Cons

      Unfortunately a lot of them left after SunPower went bankrupt. Sunlife had no major installers at that time and it resulted in a lot of void contracts – 2-3 months of work down the drain. New partners had higher prices at the time. Felt unstructured, everyone learned on their own most of the time, no insurance, higher prices to customers because of middlemen
