Very Bad experience - Operations Associate Sun Direct TV Employee Review

There are a lot of downsides working in this company. Employees here are not treated properly. The pay is very low. When someone in the team leaves, they will not try and replace them with a new person, instead we will be asked to work more. When someone tries to leave the company even in the normal way i.e by serving 90 days notice period, they will be threatened that there will be problems in the BGV process. There will be shifts but allowance will be provided. 6 days work per week. No leaves will be provided. No WFH, whatever may be the situation you will never be allowed to WFH.
