I have worked on multiple projects in Sumadhura in the sales Department for the past 7 years during my tenure, I experienced multiple instances of unethical behavior at SIPL.
Cons
Point No.1: Sumadhura management never ever gives the clarity about hard earned incentives. They make us sell their flats blindly at a higher price. Even after selling their flats and reaching the targets, we do not receive the incentives as promised. While hiring, they promised us about sales incentives and variables, but details of Incentives were not shared to us. If we ask for the incentives they will ignore us & they will tell us to focus on new closures. They will target us, they go to the lowest level to blackmail us by saying we will fire you. They know only to grab the money from the customers and they don’t know how to pay the money to their employees who have worked honestly. even during exit they took the final settlement letter promising that incentives will be transferred directly to you by discussing with top management but this will never happen.
