Lack of management. Lack of resources. There are several salary issues at the end of the month and it gets delayed.

Good learning for beginners, excellent exposure to new technologies

There are many lets begin: 1) Poor Management in all aspects which has led to ruining of new product development. 2) No Long term thoughts 3) Some people think they own this company which has led to downfall of company's progress. 4) Single Person centric decisions which has always laid to failure of project. 5)Manager are involved in politics in such small firm due to which all senior person have left the company. 6) No Monthly payments on time and dues of some are pending for years. 7) Authorized Financial persons doesnt know how to make proper financial plans of company's funds.
