      Pros

      Most of my colleagues are amazing. Thank goodness for that.

      Cons

      Leadership is dysfunctional at best. They do not care. If you're a woman in this company, you are at best, an administrator. Don't think about working in management if you're a woman. No development, communication is awful. CEO has no idea who you are and doesn't care to.
