Too much to write. With over 15 years experience in the industry, I have never have experienced the sheer disorganization and lack of management that takes place daily at Strategic Group. A fiscal nightmare. Trades and agencies DO NOT get paid. While the staff scramble making excuses and fielding phone calls from indebted vendors. If you are considering a position in residential leasing, beware. There is a reason, for the never ending list of positions. The department is fueled by a spirit of fear and intimidation. Fed from the top, down. The highest turnover rate I have ever seen in this industry. There are so many reputable real estate companies in Alberta. Do yourself a favour and avoid this one at all costs.
