Pros
I greatly enjoyed my time while I was at stint. It was chaotic and largely disorganised but the people were great and we were all pulling in the same direction and trying to build something better together.
Cons
Unfortunately Stint recently made a number of roles/people redundant. Whilst I understand this may have been unavoidable the way they went about it has left a terrible taste. There was no consultation, simply “We’re making you redundant effective immediately”. My manager didn’t even reach out to me to discuss the situation or wish me luck.
