Pros
Everyone from top down i.e CEO to the ground are always friendly and willing to help. Not only do the support vulnerable adults and the homeless, but they value their employees. This organisation offer flexible working and trust its employees to carry out their duties.
Cons
I would say it's grown very quickly within a short space of time. This is having a major impact on back office teams as they can't keep up with the demand. However, it does appear lack of staff has started to be addressed from what I can see.
