Insurance and free food on Saturdays

Cons

Toxic management and lack of things to do, there are maybe two good managers. And both could seem to care less about your wellbeing. Instead of hearing about how you can improve get ready to be called lazy and unmotivated by management even when you are going above and beyond. Not to mention the blatant favoritism.

Pros

This location holds wonderful management in their service department. Working here for over a year I was witness to a consistent effort by the service and maintenance leadership to support and uphold their technicians. Solid camaraderie amongst technicians kept hot days better. They just had a massive remodel for both a mainline tech and a quick service shop, the technician luxury here is huge.

Cons

The problems in working for Hyundai fall more on Hyundai motor America rather than Steele Auto Group. At this location expect to work long hours (9-10h, 6days a week). If you're planning on being flag; expect massive amounts of Warranty work, you will have to crank out for your time every week. The foreman does a pretty good job if distributing the "Gravy" amongst the flag techs.
