Pros
• Great industry. It is nice to work for a company that makes a difference
• Owner recognizes and rewards hard work
• Great benefits for full-time employees
• Management cares about developing their employees' skills. I have been able to continuously learn and grow
• Depending on which department you work in, some employees wear many hats (a pro in my opinion, but could be a con to some)
• Management is transparent and communicates with their team
Many changes have taken place over the past few years, but the team we have now is wonderful and hard working. I have been with the company for almost 4 years now and can honestly say I am proud to work for Spinal Technology and hope to retire here someday.
Cons
• Not a place for someone to work that wants to do the bare minimum.
• The company is small-medium sized so there is minimal opportunity for advancement (however there is some depending on where you start and in which department)
