Pros
Exposure to projects for large international corporations, which look great on your CV when you inevitably leave and go elsewhere.
Cons
- Bare minimum (and under market rate) salary - Atrociously unorganised management - Senior management will do anything for profit, even if it's deemed unethical by industry standards - Lack of care for employee's working conditions - No on-the-job upskilling/training - No mentorship - Do not provide adequate tools to do your job - Hierarchical politics evident from day one - Experienced sexism and chauvinism from male staff frequently - Heavy workload and deliverables expected (with long hours), but unwilling to pay staff what they're worth - No appreciation or recognition shown for hard work - HR department is a farce, they may as well not have one at all I would not recommend working for this company by any means.
