Best Spa to work for! - Full Specialist Spa Royale Employee Review

I have enjoyed working for Spa Royale over the past year & it has been the best job I’ve ever had. I get paid very fairly, I love all my coworkers, the owner is very kind & generous, & I’ve greatly enjoyed the clients I’ve had.

There’s not a Spa Royale where I’m moving haha

Poor pay Therapist are treated like numbers and not people All the company cares is selling and making as much as a profit as possible, not about clients or therapist Shady business practices You will get fired for speaking up for yourself I have personally heard the owner be racist Transphobia was allowed It's money making machine with a pretty bow and the facade of being a wellness spa.
