Thank you for taking the time to share your experience! We are delighted to hear that you are enjoying your position with Source 1 and our #ALLIN culture. We wish you the best in your career!
- Management values work-life balance and pushes the importance of family. Management has never said no when it comes to me needing to make family functions.
- Very low turnover. Every quarter we have a meeting that highlights tenure/anniversaries - a large group pushing 5-10 years which is unheard of in IT today.
- I feel like I am allowed to express my opinions and feelings without being disregarded. I am listened to here.
- While there has been a rapid amount of company wide growth in the last 3-4 years, the emphasis remains on providing support to the clients who got us to that point. I came from another small company that grew rapidly over night and that was not the case there. So it was reassuring I did not go through that experience twice.
- Management pushes for employees to focus on career advancement when it comes to certifications and higher education.
Cons
- Standard communication issues that every company faces when they grow quickly (gaps between departments, "silos", etc.).
- Internal career development path isn't clear and pay is lower then average for IT in the region.
- Benefits are average.
