We have implemented a results-driven salary distribution approach, ensuring fair compensation for everyone (In 2023, we addressed over 400 instances of gender-based salary disparities proactively.). Over the past year, we addressed this topic through different programs like Yearly increases for everyone or an Employee Referral program for everyone (typically 1 month of local minimum wage per referral).       I have no pros that I can think of

      Cons

      I was actually let go in 2019. It would not let me scroll in the drop down for the year. I was let go after returning from short term disability. The only time I ever was on short term disability in 11 years. My lawyer told me I could sue and would more than likely win. I chose not to.
