Older building in need of updating

Snacks in breakroom and located in great area, near grat restaurants and the mall.

Toxic leadership culture. Several of the executives are passive aggressive and manipulative to the point that no one trusts them any longer. "Just steer clear of so and so" was common new-hire advice given to me. Directors and Managers are told one thing, but then not supported by the executive/leadership team when things get tough. My boss consistently took credit for others' work but threw them under the bus whenever it is convenient. HR tires their best but they have no support either.
