Pros
A lot of opportunity for growth with open minds. Global but they allow you to work your market local, so it's ideal for someone willing to go for it and not wait on leads or emails.
Cons
Honestly I do not see any downsides other than myself getting in the way. This is an open culture, you have to stay self aware and work to improve no matter what level of sales you think you are. . . it's an open book right now, the performance will define the pages.
