Unstable management leading to high turn over, non-expertise in industry-specific areas that are key to solar developer success. Very reactive to policy and the market instead of proactive, constant turnover led to a very unorganized work style, often relying on the lower-totem pole people to pick up the slack of people with higher titles and pay grades. Women beware - although some upper management that created these types of issues are now gone, there is history here of unfair treatment of women in the workforce, which is unable to be rectified as legal entities within the company finds ways around any penalties.
