Always paid on time, good pay

Working for smartsec was just a headache non stop most of the permanent guards were incredibly rude and didn't want to help new guards, when you asked them to repeat something they become angry and they would make false complaints about you , these permanent guards were Very miserable and aggressive If your manager liked you ,you could get 5 shifts per week guaranteed, my manager instantly disliked me for no reason and only gave me 1 shift per week They promote incompetent guards and give them good sites because these guards suck up to management and spy on other guards The company expects you to be happy to only work 4/ 5 day's a month and when you ask for more days they say you are being troublesome This company is ALL about favouritism, if you make an innocent mistake like leaving the computer on or sitting on the wrong chair they will try to sack you, but if other guards do it nothing will happen to them When working alone you are expected to work for 12 hours straight without any rest, if they suspect you of having a break they will investigate and give you a warning Every night after finishing a shift i laid awake thinking someone would make a complaint about me, this deeply affected my mental health and made me severely depressed Your job is not safe at smartsec, anytime another guard/ manager/ cleaner could make a false complaint about you and you will be dismissed, i Have seen it happen to 3 team mates

If something happens they don’t listen to their staff

I don’t think any black man should join this company
