Pros
Great benefits, flexible schedule, and like being able to work from home.
Cons
Company does not pay industry standards for certain departments and its unfortunate. I've often felt overlooked as a hardworking contributing employee with no room to grow anymore. As of recent, some departments say they don’t have enough money to spend for immediate need positions for assistance, but then they go ahead and hire more people outside of that need with large salaries who underperform.
The company used to be so much fun to work for, but now it's getting too corporate and uninspiring.
