Pros
The global and local team I work with are brilliant and really enhance my day and the work we do. My manager is also fantastic and inclusive and makes work both fun and challenging, The access to stretch projects and impactful customer work also makes a difference and because of this no one day is the same. Just the way I want it.
Cons
I think there are some teething problems in the Sales Enablement side of the organisation but I know the organisation is working hard to build up their team and the support they give.
