Modern business practices and tooling are often dismissed, and rigid top-down control has replaced collaboration and progress. Employees are left feeling unheard, undervalued, and frustrated. It is also clear the C-suite lacks the experience needed to run a SaaS business or a FSM platform, and it shows in the way decisions are made.
