Pros
I have been with the company for over a decade, and can truly say that it is one of the best places to work. Be it the types of projects, growth opportunities, work-life balance, opportunities to give back to the community, Sense Corp has it all! The leadership team is accessible and down to earth.
Over the years, they have accommodated my needs as critical events have happened in my life. The work we do is meaningful, and the colleagues are fun to be around. We have consultants that left for other opportunities, only to come back. If that doesn’t speak volumes, I don’t know what does!
Cons
Working for clients all over the US, there is a component of travel that may not work for everyone. However, I must add that Sense Corp has been accommodating of travel needs when you compare them to other consulting firms.
For example: travel for out of town clients is usually only 3 nights/week utmost. The teams are also strategic about travel - when possible, people are able to work from home city.
