Pros
I really can't see any pro's for this company... unless you are happy to be treated badly and have no social life.
Cons
I went in as a trainee recruitment consultant... after being told how great their training scheme is... not just by them but also by the recruiter who put me forward. My training turned out to be me sat at my computer, thrown into the deep with no guidance while the manager training me sat on their phone all day texting, or eating. If I didn't do something or made a mistake instead of guiding me they made me feel 2 foot tall and everyone around could hear everything. This was all within the first week, when having never worked in the industry before. Basically you are just giving your manager a little holiday while you do their work for them... and if you get a deal... they get the commission. I got shouted at for leaving work at 7.30pm... I should have stayed later apparently... bearing in mind we started at 8.20am. A social life is impossible unless you hang out with people from the office. The hours are ridiculous. One of the directors is arrogant and uses fear tactics to get people to do their job. The managers are very cliquey and all stick together. You don't stand a chance. This company give recruitment a very bad name. Don't fall for their charms like we did. They sweet talk you and big you up no end in the interview, but as soon as you start working for them it completely changes. It's obvious the good reviews have been written by either one person or forced by someone in the office to write something good. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
