I witnessed firsthand a pattern of leadership behavior and organizational decisions that directly contradict the principles of ethical, effective, and visionary leadership. Under Mr. Sellers' leadership, the company has experienced extraordinarily high employee turnover, including the departure of two Human Resources Directors in RAPID succession. Most recently, the President, Darrell Mitchell, resigned, a move widely viewed within the organization as a direct response to ongoing dysfunction at the executive level. Decisions affecting the business were frequently driven by Mr. Seller’s own personal interest and nepotism rather than sound strategy or merit, leading to operational inefficiencies, declining morale, and a toxic workplace culture.
