They’re are a few genuinely good employees who are unfortunately tarnished by the decisions of senior management.
Cons
Very poor talent & succession planning across all functions of the business resulting in high turnover of competent staff and retention of those with a poor work ethic. Not a very employee focused business despite the headline ‘family values’.
