      Pros

      Excellent family orientated business, at revolution kitchen (now closed) even though I was made redundant, it was a diverse working environment, everyone helped each other out. Promotions within if worked hard would be given.

      Cons

      For a mti skilled engineer, the salary is abit on the low side.

      Good people to work with, generally keen for your progression but depends on team and manager, great quality products and some hard working people

      Cons

      Pay reviews. Could be better aligned across businesses. Could have better incentives to achieve.
