- Inclusive Culture - Accommodating Mangement - Excellent Team Dynamic I left a job paying $20k/year more to come back to SX. The grass is not always greener. I have always felt valued and included here. Everyone on the team is willing to help each other (Never a "that's not my job attitude). I do not feel like I am at work most days - which is a huge bonus!
